Internet Service Providers decide to grant their customers half a month free compensation for the interruption of Internet service
LINKdotNET, TE Data Vodafone and Etisalat announced compensating their subscribers who suffered from the interruption of the Internet service during the period between the 28th of January till the 2nd of February.
The companies confirmed that the interruption of the service for 6 days was beyond their control. The mentioned companies added that they will compensate their clients by providing them with half a month free of charge. These decisions came in a move that reflects these companies strong commitment towards their customers and their obligation to meet their needs of Internet service which facilitates communicating, conducting work and being updated with the latest services information.
