Cancellation Policy
|
If the Customer wishes to terminate his ADSL service, he/she may do so by providing at least one months notice. Here is the Cancellation procedure: - Customer should issue a cancellation request: the cancellation request can be issued by either sending a Fax or by paying a visit to one of our Customer Service offices and Fill a cancellation Form.
- Cancellation process will be activated as soon as customer balance is settled and all rented equipments are returned to the company.
- In case of confliction payment customers are kindly requested to provide the original contract, & original previous cash receipts.
- Incase of return of hardware, the customer will be requested to wait 30-60 minutes until inspection is approved
- The Cancellation work order will be issued in 15 working days after completing the above procedures
- If Link owe money to the customer, customer are kindly requested to receive the refund cheques from the company headquarter at 77, Misr - Helwan Agricultural Road, Maadi, Cairo
- A delegation letter is required if the person receiving the cheque is not the direct beneficiary.
