No, you can’t as LINKDSL Plus packages are especially designed for residential customers.
3.What are the features of the LINKDSL Plus package?
The package includes the following features:
• LINKDSL Plus speed:
You can have either 5, 8, 12 or 24 Mega speeds.
•LINKDSL Plus quality:
As we are using the state of the art technologies to support such high speeds required for LINKDSL Plus package i.e... ADSL 2+ technology; before installation, one of our technical staff will check if your line satisfies the minimum standards required for such package. Also, you will have special quality of service to always have best experience while using the package.
• Installation visit:
Customer representative from LINKdotNET side will install the DSL line at your premises and will make sure that all services are perfectly performing.
• Wireless Modem:

4.What if I want to downgrade my LINKDSL Plus package, will I keep my Plus features?
No, you will be entitled for the new features for the new package you move to.
5.What is Fair Usage Policy?
Fair Use Policy is designed to ensure that the service received by the vast majority of customers is not negatively impacted by a very small minority of them who may misuse the service. LINKdotNET may restrict the speed available to the customer in case his/her traffic consumption has been identified by the monitoring systems as misuse. The customer’s traffic consumption will be identified as misuse whenever it is much higher than the worldwide known standards for consumer residential broadband services.
6. I am a LINKDSL Plus subscriber; does the Fair Usage Policy apply to me?
Yes, the Fair Usage Policy applies to all LINKDSL Plus subscribers whom traffic consumption behavior is considered as misuse by our monitoring systems.
7. I am a LINKDSL normal subscriber; does the Fair Usage Policy apply to me?
No, the Fair Usage Policy doesn’t apply on you.
8.How could my traffic behavior consumption be classified as a misuse?
Your traffic consumption will be classified as a misuse only if you exceed the normal worldwide known traffic behavior for such speeds and they are as follows:
•80 Gega per month in case of 5 Mega speed.
•100 Gega per month in case of 8 Mega speed.
•120 Gega per month in case of 12 Mega speed.
•150 Gega per month in case of 24 Mega speed.
9.Is it easy to exceed the traffic limit?
No, you can do any of the below activities without exceeding your limit.

10.How will I know I have exceeded my maximum traffic allowance?
A notification mail will be sent to you in case your traffic consumption is reaching the level which will be considered as misuse by our monitoring systems. Exceeding such level will result in automatically downgrading your speed to 256K till your next invoice date.
11.How come LINKDSL Plus package is an unlimited package and yet there is a traffic allowance?
It’s considered unlimited because by all means with normal traffic behaviors you can’t reach the maximum limit of the traffic allowance. Yet you can reach it if you are sharing or using this package for business purposes that’s why the fair use policy is applied on LINKDSL Plus packages.
